As part of our mission to expand access to the game of volleyball in the Charlotte area, the High Performance Training Program develops volleyball skill and builds volleyball IQ among young people who are eager to grow in the game of volleyball. Whether you’re new to the sport or looking to take your skills to the next level, we organize our sessions with the intention to meet each athlete’s needs. Participants will receive instruction from our talented coaches, who foster an inclusive and empowering environment for everyone to grow and thrive. In order to provide a high level of training, we aim to keep the group size’s to 20-25 participants, so athletes receive individualized attention/instruction.
